Our Quality Promise
Every piece is personally inspected by our founder, June, before it is carefully packaged and shipped, to ensure it meets our high standards of quality. Should your item unfortunately arrive damaged due to shipping, we sincerely apologize and are ready to resolve it promptly.

Contact Us Within 48 Hours
If you are not fully satisfied, or in the rare case of a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at juneybeauty@outlook.com. Please include your order number and photos or a short video of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or replacement. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
